I have a msi p67a-c43 (b3) motherboard and was wondering if the G. Skill Ripjaws series ddr3 2133 will work on it.

If not can someone suggest some ram that is like it?

Short answer is yes they'll run on that mobo. Now that that's out of the way the next question is what set of Ripjaws 2133 (there's quite a few of different amounts of DRAM and of different CL's, and the question after that is what CPU - not all 1155 CPUs can run 2133, and of those can not all can run the max amount of 2133 that you could put on the mobo

The ram is "G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL"

CPU: i5 2500K 3.30 GHz
ram is unbuffered dual channel kit and the CL is 11, timing is 11-11-11-30
