Accidentally enabled PCI instead of PCI-e for video

Hello, I made a noob mistake. I've installed video cards before, but never had this happened. I disabled the on board video in the bios and accidentally enabled the PCI slot instead of the PCI-e slot, or PEG. So now, I turn on my computer and nothing shows up on the monitor because its trying to use the PCI slot. What should I do? I'm unable to access the BIOS because of it.

Solution
On your motherboard, there is a jumper(its 3 pins with a plastic piece connecting two of them) just like you see on the back of hard drives. Pull the plastic piece off and hook it up to the middle and the other pin, then start the computer. This will reset the bios.

Say the three pins are named 1 2 and 3. If the plastic jumper is connecting pin 1 and 2, change it so it connects 2 and 3. After boot, the computer will probably beep at you. You can then turn it off and put it back where it was.
You should be able to reset your motherboard BIOS to its defaults. There will either be a switch on the motherboard, a jumper connection, or as a last resort you can remove the battery. Check your motherboard documentation for the correct/preferred method.

Although not the most convenient because you will lose all your BIOS settings, you will most likely need to reset the CMOS.

Most likely there is going to be a small jumper on the motherboard for clearing the CMOS. With the system off briefly move the jumper to the other position and then back.
