Is it possible to have the customer check off a "I agree to the terms and conditions of use" box, rather than a waver being signed in person on my website?

I want to be sure that someone doesn't sue me because they dropped the computer I built them down the stairs, and they want their money back because it now doesn't work, even though it was shipped just fine. I will also throw in there somewhere that I'm not legally bound to repair or troubleshoot the computer if something goes wrong with it, they'll have to take it to a pc repair shop.

I know a lawyer that could type a long agreement up, so that's not an issue. Is doing this possible, or necessary, even though it's just a simple summer job for me, and I'm not in any way a real, formal business looking to make money for a living?

That's what I was thinking, because even though I will probably only build one, maybe two a month, this could still happen. I was thinking I could do something like "By clicking submit you agree to the terms and conditions" and have another page with all the stuff on it.
