White Screen on Windows 7 when trying to play 007 Nightfire

I've just installed 007 Nightfire on windows 7 but keep just keep getting a white screen that won't go away. I've looked for solutions on Google...tried changing compatibility...nothing works :( Unfortunately I don't have another laptop that runs on windows XP or any of the other systems that 007 is compatible with so could someone please HELP! I've been looking forward to playing this game so would be really great if someone could help me out :) CHEERS!

Would I be able to do that by right clicking the exe. file, going to Properties and then changing settings under Compatibility? Or is there another way? Oh and should I switch the Compatibility back to what it was originally before I changed it to Windows 7 or can I leave it as it is?
