d620 hit by FBI can not use safe mode

You should be able to get in as Administrator in Safe Mode with Command Prompt. At the Command Prompt, type
net user /add fred fred2013
and press Enter. That creates a new User Account in the name of fred and using the password of fred2013 and that enables you to go into Normal Mode, log in as fred and run all the malware scans you have. My recommendation to kill this quickly is ComboFix which you can download from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com but be careful which download buttons you click - some will lead you to get other utilities you don't want or need. Also, while you're there, carefully read sUBS' instructions on using his programme and make sure it completes before doing anything else.
When you see the log, go from Start to Run and type
combofix /uninstall
and press Enter It looks as though its installing again but it isn't. When it confirms uninstallation, restart the computer and your own anti-virus will probably find some leftovers.
