Corsair H80 Fan Problem

Hey, i have built a computer for over a year now and everytime i start the computer the h80 fans go on max and than slow down, now they do that but it slows down than goes on max again and so on forever, and it seems like only 1 fan slows down while the other stays on max i think. Please help me i have tried firmware reset.

Hey i updates my BIOS to the latest version no hope i still have the problem. I have a ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3.
Please help is it broken or something and yea only one of the fans slows down while the other stays on max

Ohh so its just a normal battery thing, i dont see it in my motherboard

So does that mean i have to remove my gpu, this is my first pc i built so it might be a lil hard to remove gpu prob not just a little dangerous maybe
