Hello, I have a couple questions regarding the installation of the Nvidia Tesla K-20 card. I understand it has no display connector, so what would be the best way to connect my monitor to the computer? Also, I am concerned about cooling the card. I've seen in one place that it has passive cooling and in another that it has active fan cooling. Would active fan cooling be sufficient to cool the GPU? Or would water cooling be a better option? I was looking into installing it on a z420 series workstation from HP, or some other zseries product.

Lastly, I'm wondering what kind of power supply would be needed, 600 watts? 800 watts, more? Thank you for your time and your answers will be appreciated.

You would want to combine it with one of the high performance NVIDAI QUATRO cards for the monitor. Of cause it depends a bit on the software you want to use, but i think a z620 is the right home for a TESLA card. And it comes with a well designed air cooling solution.

noidea_77, Thanks for your help. I will be using Matlab. Is it possible that I can just use the intel processor's intergrated gpu with the monitor? Also, are you saying the Tesla K-20 has a well designed air cooling solution or the Z620? Again, thanks for your help.
