GTX 650Ti or GTX 660?

Hey

I currrently have a Gtx 550ti and I was thinking of upgrading. I have narrowed it down to two Gtx's.

These are my currently specs:

Windows 7 64-bit

CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83GHZ

RAM: 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz

Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5Q PRO TURBO (LGA 775)

Case: Haf 922

I either will choose this:

Is upgrading CPU an option too?

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to game better...GPU. However, your CPU is starting, not yet, to get old.
