Setting Up A Printer For Wireless Using A Router

I have an Epson Stylus SX215 Printer and want to be able to use it wirelessly by connecting it to a Netgear DG834GT Router, so that I can connect to it wirelessly to my Desktop (which has a PCIe wireless card). I'm not very good at networking so would need instructions on how to do this please, if at all possible.

Maybe i'm missing something, but the printer has no wifi and the router has no usb port / build-in print server. How should that work?

I would use a USB to Ethernet adapter to connect the printer to the router, then I connect to the router from my desktop thus being connected to the printer?

A simple USB-to-Ethernet-adapter will not work, because it needs a driver. What you need is a printer server and that comes with a manual that tells you how to connect the printer. It's easy! Just follow the steps.
