Thank you for the quick response.
I think the height of Hyper 212 Evo is 159mm and my case can get a maximum of 162mm.It would be a bit tight, don't you think?

Case space inside muse be reduced for standoffs and cable management.I wouldn't risk it that's too close to call.

So i shouldn't risk buying a 212 evo.Do you suggest any other cooler for my cpu?I am thinking about Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Rev 2,CM vortex plus or CM hyper tx3 evo.

Which one did you ended up buying? Kinda late to the party, but I'm sure the 212 fits fine :)

After some thinking,i bought the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7,only because i didn't want to risk getting 212 Evo and not fitting in my case.It would probably fit,so maybe i am regreting not buying it,since there is a big difference between these two coolers considering cooling performance.

Honestly both of these coolers are more than enough for your Phenom II X4 965, so do not worry. Imho, one of the best advantages of the Evo is that it would perform much better if you decided to overclock your CPU.

I am not going to OC it soon,i just want to keep the temp several degrees below max temp(~62 i think),so i don't have to check HWMonitor all the time like a maniac :p

Oh so you worry about thermal throttling issues? Nah, I wouldn't worry that much. Just make sure your case has proper cable management and airflow and you'll be fine, even with the Freezer 7 :)
