Hi, I'm running a Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 with latest bios, FX8350 8 core, 16GBs Crucial, 5 case fans and one big Zalman on the CPU. This one: ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm 2 Ball Low-noise Blue LED CPU Cooler . The CPU cores idle around 15 degrees celsius and under load, like handbrake, they go to around 45 degrees and the CPU sensor says 49 degrees celsius. I know that is not too hot but I was wondering how much better it would be with water cooling. If you can give me an estimate on how many degrees the water cooling will take it down, please let me know, thanks.

The difference will vary greatly with what watercooling setup you get, from a single 120mm thin rad all in one water cooler, don't expect a very big decrease in temps, however, with a thick 120/ 240 rad, expect something like 6-7 degrees. with a custom loop, something like a 10-12 degree decrease is possible
