Recommend you test the HDD.
Download UBCD iso. this will allow you to create a Bootable Ultimate Boot CD disk.
This is a great collection of utilities of which one is the WD disk utility.
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/

While at it, it also has memtest 86 on the disk, s run that for a couple of hours just to verify no mem errors.
I imagine that you checked in bios under health page and verified voltages and temps look good, Just remebger this is of limited value as you should verify these under load.

Added: what is the bios set to for HDD, recommend that you set this to AHCI.

I also tried installing under AHCI , RAID and native ide mode.. But nothing working... also checked tempreture .. It is fine..i think Asus mb only having memory remaping feature in bios... gigabyte doesnt have... :(
