Evga 460 broke for the second time, and the warranty is up on it. What is the most bang for my buck i can get for around 200$. Not sure weather to go with o/c 7850, a 7870 or a 660. Never had an amd card before, but i hear they're better in this price range. Also, if someone could tell me what the difference is between nvidia/radeon it would be great.
If it matters i play:
WoW
Diablo 3
Minecraft
Starcraft
Bo2 or Mw3 from time to time

Id appreciate it if you could also tell me what manufacturer to go with. Especially if its an amd card.

The HD 7870 OCed is a beast on par with the HD 7950. I recommend this HD 7850 as it has the best cooling and highest factory OC. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125418

Says it requires a 500 watt power supply, think 460 can manage? I dont currently use much, only got a couple of fans

That is the generalized recommendation for almost all GPUs. A decent 460watt will be more than just fine.
