Will a slow HT speed matter?

Hello. I have an Athlon x4 635 that I've been overclocking. I've figured out through trial and error that it's never the processor that becomes unstable, but the HT link speed. For me, anything above 2050MHz is completely unstable. So I got the processor to 3.3GHz from 2.9GHz by upping the bus speed to 229MHz up from 200MHz, and changing the HT multiplier to 8 instead of 10. This gives me a core clock of 3320MHz, a good increase from the original 2.9GHz, but the HT speed is 1832MHz instead of the standard 2000MHz. My question is, will a HT of 1832MHz slow my computer down? I'm a pretty big gamer, and I know GPU data flows through the HT, so would this give me a decrease in framerate?

Thanks,
Quincy

When you say RAM speed, are you talking about the DRAM frequency or the NB frequency?

Also, What are IMC and NB? I don't know a lot of the overclocking lingo.
