Sounds more likely to be a problem with your graphics drivers if you have already updated/reinstalled DX.Have a crack at a clean install of your driver after removing them in safe mode
Let me know if you have any success mate

2 easy ways, hit START then RUN and enter "msinfo32.exe",without quotes(assuming you are running a Microsoft Operating System)and open the Components tree or download CCleaner and instal it.The information is on the top left of the screen.
Just a thought did you run the DX tests in dxdiag.exe?

Some say that I can see what's the model of my graphics card by going to "dxdiag" and than under "device" will say all I need, but when I went there it's like don't even have a graphics card... Is that possible ?

Are you using onboard graphics or a discrete add-in Graphics card?
If you have an adding in card, remove and reseat it in the correct slot type ie PCI-E,PCI or the older AGP slot depending on the card you have.
Then ensure 6/8pin PSU cable are firmly connected to your card if your card requires them, older cards most likely won't.
Then reboot your computer ,enter the bios and ensure your graphics priority is set correctly.
If you are using onboard graphics that should be placed first and the same if you are using an add-in card.
Then reload Windows and check to see if the card is identified.
