Noctua NH-DH14 and NZXT Phantom 820

I am wondering if the following will fit in my case or if I will run into a problem, I am guessing it will fit but I always like second or third opinions!

NZXT Phantom 820 Case
Sabertooth z87 Mboard
intel I7 4770k Processor
Noctua NH-DH14 Heat sink/Fan.

Or also maybe will it fit with the --COOLER MASTER HAF X RC-942-KKN1 Black Steel/ Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case--?

Aside from the thermal performance, the Phanteks also has a 5 year warranty compared to the Noc and the aesthetics are way better

thanks for for opinions. I'm reading noct to have a 5 year warranty also? But yeah I do agree phanteks look better.
