NEED some SSD help.

So i set up new SSD, i formated my old 1tB hdd, everything works fine. My questions is, when i download files for the internet, how do i set the comp so that those files being download go automataically to the HDD rather then the SDD.

In the settings of your Web Browser. Exact location of these settings depends on what Browser you use. But you just change the downloads folder in settings.

Just go your internet browser settings and change the download directory to your selected destination. Or in windows 7 right-click the " Download " library and add a folder on your 1TB HDD so that it saves all downloads to that HDD.

thanks. So i have opitmized the SSD. Is their anything else i need to do to it. I basically disabled stuff like pagingfile, superfech ect.....

You don't need to really optimize an SSD. Windows will choose the best basic settings , I haven't done any optimization's myself and my SSD seems to be working fine :)
