Is this a good general use/light gaming PC?

I've put this together for a friend looking to improve his PC experience for a budget of 500€. He currently uses a one year old 400€ laptop. I need some opinions on it since I'm not 100% certain it will function properly.

OS: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=140757
Motherboard: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=147128
Processor: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=111467
Added CPU cooler: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=85998
RAM: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=147079
HDD: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=51881
ODD: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=144072
Chassis: http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/?koodi=79441

We might remove both Windows 8 and the HDD from this list, since we could take the 2.5" HDD from my friend's laptop and put it in the new build, saving well over 150€. Thank you for reading, I expect answers soon. :)

Solution
Looks good, don't see any problems, might consider a SSD if in the budget, a 60/64GB would handle the OS and all your apps, then can use the other HD for data and seldom used apps

I guess, then we'd have noth Windows 8 and 7 installed. That's be pretty sweet. But SSDs are still really expensive over here in Finland for some reason. And instantly dropping 160€ for basically no loss is pretty appealing.

I'd love to use SSDs, but a budget's a budget. :/

Agree wholeheartedly, whenever a client comes in, first thing we do is firm out a budget, then get into what they want, then go into possible alternatives or what can be done to improve with whatever remains (or start cutting if what they 'want' is more than can fit into the budget (which happens often ;) )

Yeah. :) I'm just doing this for a friend. Also, I've noticed that the minimum wattage is 160W, and the recommended is 210W. The case comes with a 200W power supply with no 80+ rating. :/ Hope that won't be a problem...

I don't have the resources to simply buy components and test them, unfortunately. I'm toying with the idea of going with a µATX build instead. Still small, but there's more room for improvements, and more importantly, a proper power supply. It will be harder to fit into the budget though. http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/ is the best retailer here in Finland, so if I can't find the parts I want, for the price I want, I can't find them in Finland.

They may be the most reliable out of all the retailers I know of, but their prices can be 10-50€ more expensive than http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/ , http://cdon.fi/ or http://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi . If they kept their prices "normal" I would use their services in a heartbeat, but when you build a new PC from scratch, 20€ extra per part isn't too appealing.
