Good PSU for under $100?

Hey, Im building my first rig soon, I have pretty much everything picked out but the PSU. How many Watts should it be? And what is a good reliable PSU for under 100$.

Here is my build-

i5 3570k ( overclocked )
Corsair h50 water cooler
ASRock z77 Extreme4
WD 1TB Caviar Black 7200RPM
8GB Corsair Vengeance
Gigabyte GTX 770
NZXT Phantom 410
PSU - ??? ?????

Thanks for the suggestions, so if 550w to 650w is enough, what do you think of the , SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze Modular Power Supply. Has great ratings on newegg.
