Can I fit a CPU liquid cooler in my Micro ATX case?

So I'm looking into liquid coolers for CPUs because I'll be upgrading soon to an Intel i7-4770K, but I'm looking at possible coolers and most of them have 120 MM fans with 150 MM radiators. My problem is that the biggest fan vent on my case is for a 120 MM fan. So are there any liquid CPU coolers that I'll be able to fit in my case? It's an Apevia Qpack2 if that helps.

You can fit h2o in any case pretty much. It just matter on how good your mod skills are. Most radiators are sandwiched between the fans. Its the fan that will attached to the fan mount. My wife has that same case! I have some liquid kits laying around and I will see how they fit for you. PM me with your email address and I will send you some pics of different ideas.

Looks like you are pretty limited, especially with an AIO kit. If attached to the back mount, the rad sticks out the side of the case. Won't fit in the front without major surgery. BUT, you could cut a hole in the top and make a mount for it to blow in or out. I took a couple of pics to help you out.

Thanks for the help, man. I think I might just go with a fan and heatsink instead. I've definitely found with the Micro ATX form factor that the smaller size is a trade off for modding capability. I've attempted case mods before and they never turn out too well. Is there any particular fan and heatsink you could recommend that would fit well in my case?
