Hello THW, this is Razor here and I have a pretty complex question to ask.

First off the background information, I am working on a personal project in which I want to CREATE a PC case, the material I have chosen for this is wood with a similar polish to this:
http://fc04.deviantart.com/fs30/f/2008/148/c/3/Wood_floor_by_gnrbishop.jpg

Now, I have pretty much all the components I need for this build set out,

(CPU Intel Pentium G860 3.0GHz Dual-Core $64.99

Motherboard Foxconn H61S Mini ITX LGA1155 $49.99

Memory Wintec One 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 $66.76

Storage Sandisk ReadyCache 32GB 2.5" SSD $39.99

Wireless Network Adapter Encore ENUWI-1XN42 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 $10.98

Case Fan Enermax UC-12EB 44.0 CFM 120mm $4.89 X2

Power Supply Diablotek 380W Micro ATX $35.98

Keyboard Gigabyte KM7580 w/Optical Mouse $19.99

Custom PC Power Switch $5.00

PC Remote $8.00

PC Green 1 Meter Light $13.00

Bluetooth Adapter $10.00

Just missing the GPU (which Is why I'm waiting for prices to fall and fluctuate before trying again.)
I had it under the budget at one point with rebates and ect and it had a 650 ti in it...

Total so far: $334

Well I've solved those problems, but as usual, more arise.
Anyone know if it will be possible to "cable manage" that non-modular microatx PSU? Also the GPU still needs to be found. Help and tips would be awesome.

Most Stores like performance pc and mountain mods Cary power switches some are pre wired for you. For the itx tray there are free 3d models on the web for you. I would talk to a local community collage see if they have some open time on a CNN machine.

> Mini-itx Motherboard try (prefer to use one already made, but If needed I'll just put four standoffs in a piece of wood.

Take a current case and cut the tray out.

> Power button (I'm not electrical-savvy so if there's a cheap aftermarket one I can buy and just plug into the headers onto the MoBo that'd be great, if not is there a detailed guide on how to kit / make one?)

Any momentary on-off button should work.

Eh, Razor, you know that your pat list lacks an actual storage device, right? The SSD picked is a cache one, won't work well as a boot drive.

AS for case consider getting the Antec vsk 3000 and cut the tray from it ( fractal core 1000's tray isn't flat and SIlverstone ps08b has a huge cutting ). You could savage the io outputs from that case also ( might not include cover for power/reset buttons, in this case you might need to make it from word yourself ).

I don't know, I found standoffs and I feel like I should just put them in some wood.

Also I saw some boot time tests online for that SSD and they were way faster than an HDD. That's all I really need (for it to compare and beat next-gen consoles.)
