I'm in the planning stage for an e-sports bar, and I'd like to have a set up similar to regular sports bars, with 6 or so TVs and a projector. I want to be streaming from multiple sources, twitch, youtube, networked cameras, gaming platforms and even a cable box. I want to be able to change what's playing on each device from one place. Any suggestions on how I can set up the hardware and what software I might need to do this?

My initial plan was to set up a server in the office that has multiple low-end graphics cards and a TV tuner card, but I have no idea what kind of software I could use to manage it all.

Thanks, but that doesn't exactly answer my question. Do you know what sports bars are currently using, and if it's compatible with online resources?

Right. I know that doesn't really answer your question. But unless you find someone in here with experience either running a sports bar, or installing their systems...finding out what they do use would be a good first step.

A sports bar, e- or otherwise, is much more than just the screens, the software, and how they interact.

Ask around at local sports bars. They can probably hook you up with their suppliers.
