I want to keep the clock at the same speed so i can benchmark and also since some games drop in frames since cpu lowers and then goes back to normal sometimes but is very annoying.
I've tried disabling turbo boost and speedstepup and i am still new to overclocking.
Right now im at stable 4.5gh on i7 3770k @1.250v and a lowered pll of 1.7.
