I dont plan to overclock coz i dont know how to! But Im hoping to overclock in the future, wen i learn to and when i actually need to(wen more graphics hungry games release).. I want good overclock boost.

I dont know to much about practical applications of nvidia physx and if it does make the gaming experience TOO much different... If it does, id obviously want it...

I dont really hv any problem with noise levels.. but it shouldnt be VERY loud of course! Is there a big difference in noise levels among these two cards??

I dont think il go dual gpu with two new cards.. il probably buy a new card... but if it is compatible with my older one, it would be good.

The price of the two are almost the same here.. but im getting two free games with the ATI Radeon.
But Id choose the better card for my use.. the games dont matter.

Just another thing I want to ask is that, is there any other specific card that would be a good option apart from these two at this price range??

I use a 24" monitor at 1080p HD res

Wel the GTX60 ti is quieter, but neither is noisy by any means.
If you want to overclock and a little more future proofing the AMD is the better option. It overclocks VERY well and easily too.
PhysX is mostly a gimmic but can look pretty cool. And only Nvidia has it. Here are some examples : http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/physx/videos
List of games : http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/physx/games
Very few games use it though and it drops your performance quite a bit.

Now if you were to choose the HD7950. Here is a better one : http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-11196-16-20G/dp/B0098HW1HG/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1370856686&sr=1-3&keywords=7950
