My PC Specs are:

CPU: AMD Athlon 2 X2 260 3.2Ghz (No Overclocking)

RAM: 6gb DDR3 1333Mhz

GPU: I'm currently using ZOTAC GeForce 210 1gb ddr3 :/ nd gaming in it is such frappy !! yuck!!

HDD: 500gb @5400rpm

I want to hav a switch from 210 to HD 6670 ddr5....i think...will da ddr3 version wil be doing good ??? or i shd stuck to ddr5 version..My budget is tight dats y em asking :D

It's a suggestion. Sadly, they've ignored my repeated requests to have it be a suggestion encouraged by whipping.

Here in India u can get Many ddr5 cards on this budget. Ddr5 is much better than ddr3 card as novuke said.
