how to overclock cpu

could any one tell me how to overclock my cpu my pc is a acer veriton m464 with
CPU:INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7300 2.66GHz 2.67GHz
PSU:CX430 V2 — 80 PLUS
MOTHERBOARD:GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2PT
RAM=4GB DDR3

basically you have to go to bios change your front side bus or FSB and voltage from your bios and test for stability. but be sure to read the whole guide beforce OC'ing.
EDIT: another thing, OC'ing with FSB is also kinda dependent on your mobo.if it supports FSB of 1333 Mhz or more you should be able to reach 3.3 Ghz. as your multipler is 266 X 10 = 2.66 Ghz. so if you get to 333 Mhz FSB [ 1333 as intel FSB's were quad pumped meaning 333* 4 = 1333 Mhz] 333 X 10 =3.3 Ghz.

@deathslasher you can OC it to 3.3 Ghz. though i strongly recommend getting an aftermarket cooler as you might damage your CPU due to more heat generated. and stock cooler isn't much effective for coling over stock cooling.
