usb 3.0 questions

hey guys, im looking on starting a new build and the mobo i have picked out is a Asus M5A97 R2.0 (non LE). i have also picked out a Corsair 200r to host it and im not sure how the usb 3.0 works. the mobo says it has back usb 3.0 and the case has a usb 3.0 header. could i just connect the back usb 3.0 to the header?

The 200r has a 20pin usb3.0 cable. The M5A97 R2.0 has a 20pin usb3.0 header on its board ( not at the back ). You just need to connect the 20pin cable from the 200R to the 20pin header on the board and that's it!

The 20pin header is the blue rectangle right below the 24pin motherboard power connector.
