graphics card dilema

Hi I want to buy a 7950 but will it work on my configuration amd a6 3670 quad core 2.7ghz oc to 3.1ghz 750w psu and my tower can hold cards up to 4000mm long and could I play crisis 3 and battlefeild 3 on ultra settings. and ive only got 1 gpu slot I dont know whether or not that makes a difference thankyou

your using a high end on a APU? id rather suggest you to buy a FX-6300 and a radeon HD 7850/7870 if you have the cash.

I believe your cpu would probably bottleneck the 7950... For the price of the 7950 you could get a new cpu and a good card.. What socket is your motherboards cpu?

It can play battlefield 3 in ultra not sure about crisis 3 in FHD. Number of slots doesn't make a difference as long as you have PCIE 2.0 or higher

lol.. FM1 doesn't give you much wiggle room.. the fx 6300 is a cpu.. and it's am3+ so it won't fit your motherboard. The only cpus that will are hardly any better than what you have. So, you might as well pick up a cheaper graphics card.. unless you want to replace your motherboard as well as your cpu and graphics card all together. If you get a really expensive one it'll just be throttled back with what you have.

If you could get one of the sabertooth 990fx boards instead of the 970 you'd be golden and if you could, get the amd fx 8350. If you can't afford the fx 8350 or the 990fx then the 6300 and 970 would do you just fine. You could overclock that 6300 to like 4.4-4.6ghz on the 970 with a hyper 212 cooler, along with the 7950 graphics card, you'd have a pretty beast machine.

you can but its gonna cost you atleast 200 eouro with only 300 left for GFX.. id suggest saving another 100 and wait for AMD GPU's price to drop. or guy a GF GTX 760 when it comes.
