Dear all,
With my current config (which I must confess, is not very great), I am able to view HD videos - like when I play full HD 1080p video files using the DIVx player (also on full screen)
However, if I try to view youtube videos and change its settings to 1080p, the video begins to lag and freeze...
Even at 720p, the same effect is seen.
I cannot even consider switching to full screen.
Its not because of 'waiting for buffering'; I can see the video has properly loaded.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
What I am confused about is that - how come full HD videos can be played full screen on the DIVx player, but even a 720p youtube video on full screen starts freezing... and lagging.
Specs:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
AMD Radeon HD 6570
3GB RAM
Board: MSI, MS-7125, revision 3.0
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD; version :6.00 PG
PSU can put out ~500W
(Running Windows Vista SP2)
