Low Budget Gaming System

Hello all. I am looking to build a gaming tower with a $500 budget. Any advice or recommendations on current parts? My husband and I play a variety of games like the witcher 2, LoL, Diablo 3, Bioshock, Indie steam games Skyrim ect.
This is a list of parts I thought might be good but I'd like some feedback from more knowledgeable people.

first off drop the power suply down to a cx430 second you will want to drop down to a core i3-3320 and then use a asrock z75 pro 3 which is hte best a i can get you without really starting to make some sacrifices
