He doesn't know much about computers, but sees all these videos on youtube with super flashy LED fans and water cooling and decided that's what he wants. I've never done a custom water cooling loop though. He also wants two monitors so he can game on one and see his twitch chat and do other things on the other.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: He doesn't like his current build
