what fps will the set up get on bf3 or arma 3 playing at 720p or 1080i (ill be playing on a 32in tv)

You should get past 60 fairly easily on those resolutions for BF3 - it doesn't start eating a 7970 until resolutions above 1080p. Too early to say for sure on Arma 3, but it should perform well, though, but if the Alpha is any indication, like Crysis 3, you're not going to max it out with that CPU/GPU combo.

If you're thinking of doing any overclocking (and, well, even if you're not), you should get a reputable power supply, not a paperweight. Right now, your build looks like a Ferrari with brakes that are duct-taped on.

ok i got you what cpu should i get should it be somthing like a intel i5 4670k thereason i went with the amd was because i got word they are coming out with the fx 8770 and fx 9000 so do you think i should just use the fx 8350 and wait for those to come out or go with intel

Yup. Probably don't need that much unless you plan on crossfiring later (in which case, a slight little bump to 800 would be useful to give yourself just a bit more breathing room as the PSU ages in the long-term).
