Upgrading video card for gaming

Updating a AMD 6790 to a 7750 on an ASRock FM1 (Athlon II-631)- is it worth it? Or should I replace the MB and CPU to FM2?? Playiing fairly heavy GW2

Thanks, I ended up crossfiring (2) 7750's with a small, but recognizable increase in performance over the existing 6790---------mostly due to the increase in video memory (1GB to 4GB)
