So I'm planning to build my first gaming PC for this summer, It's really a hard decision for me to choose one of them out of these 2, is it really worth it to go with 4670k over the 3570k ? also which motherboard I should get?

I'd personally go for a used 3770K, so that I don't miss out on HyperThreading and keep the price at rational levels. Paired with a Z77 board, you'll be ok gaming-wise for at least 2 years.

3570k. Hands down! The 4670k isn't worth the extra money.

All three would be good...one thing to think about is how long you want it for, if planning for two/three or more years then I'd go to the 4670K it's newer doesn't cost much more than the 3570K. If for the same rough time period and a tight budget, the 3570K has near same performance (maybe about 10% less, but it and the 1155 mobos costs a little less...If only thinking 1-1 1/2 years the used 3770K is a interesting idea idea, most powerful of the three, runs hyper threaded apps, mobos are reasonable (same as 3570K), I wouldn't normally throw this in but if thinking the shorter term, then you'd prob be looking at Broadwell next year....and if things stay on track.....it will prob be DDR4 instead of current DDR3

From a performance point of view, there is little difference between the two.
But... I think there are some advantages to the Z87 chipset motherboards.
More sata 6gb ports, usb3.0...
And, perhaps the broadwell 16nm cpu follow on will be a good chip to put in the 1050 socket.
If you live near a microcenter, they will sell you a 4670K for $200.
