Is my computer able to play all games at ultra settings?

if the 7850 has a 1gig memory buffer it will hurt you.

and that's 2 4gig sticks not 1 8gig stick?

ultra settings at what resolution?

No, not nearly Ultra settings, unless you mean at 720p with no antialiasing. Should be good for Medium-High settings at 1080p.

Why the microatx board? Also, get the 3470 or get Haswell. You can't OC on that board, so a -K series procewssor is a complete waste of money. Put that extra cash into getting a 7870 XT. (This advice is for if you're still considering.)

For the game settings, no. Get a 7950/7970 or GTX 670/680/770 and you should be good.
