i just want to see what people say fx 8350 and radeon 7970 8gb 1600 ram 750 psu 990fx gigabyte mother board i will over clock playing in 720p or 1080i (32 inch tv)

my budget was suppose to be 1300$ but i went over some and its at 1343$ not to much i want to try and stay below 1400$ and this is with the intel i7 4770k budget the fx 8350 was 1287$
