will a radeon 7970 and intel i7 4770k max out arma 3 alpha

i was wonder if this will max out arma 3 because people told me i cant max out arma 3 alpha with a fx 8350 and is that true a fx 8350 and radeon 7970 wont max out arma 3 at 720p or at least ultra
8gb crosair ram
750w psu
990fx gigabyte
i will over clock but do i need to go with the intel i7 4770k because its newer...........that brings me to a question will the intel i7 3770k be alot better or can i go with intel i5 3570k or intel i5 4670k..please help me out here i had 2 people say i cant max out arma on fx 8350 but should i go with that and when the real thing comes out it will be optimized

Go with i5-4670k for best performance in gaming. U can go with Asus z87-A or c for saving money And for better performance. Don't need to pick a costly mobo.
2. U don't need 750w PSU for a single gpu. 550w is enough for single GPU. Which u save money you can go with Intel i5-4670k family or if u can manage for that money already then u can choose a new gtx 770 GPU. PSU will remain same.
