Overclocking a 4770k cpu. any tips?

looking to over clock a 4770k cpu to 4.5-4.7Ghz.
this is the heatsink that i have:

and i was looking at this thermal paste:

but any other recommendations or feedback are welcome and wanted.

i have the thermaltake level 10 GT case so airflow is pretty good too. mainly im looking for any tips on keeping my temps low and what voltages might i be looking at when i get this thing in and start OC-ing.

I think you should be ok for 4.5ghz. However, it may be a different story going above that. It'll most likely come down to how good the chip itself is.

Haven't heard too much on the average of temps but, I believe I saw a recent post on overclock.net showing the 4770k @ 4.7 with about 1.26v
