I am unsure if i should add/take out anything the build.

No, but isn't the GTX 770 less effective than the GTX 680 4GB?

770 is slightly better gpu.

in addition; memory capacity (4gb) doesnt effect performance at all. you will only need it if you are going to use multiple monitors at higher resolutions than 1080p

That's about 70% as good as the PC I built for $1500 2 days ago, gaming wise.
I used:

Corsair 350D case
i5-3750k
Corsair H110 CPU liquid cooler
Asus Maximus Gene V mATX Motherboard
Corsair 16GB 2x8GB Vengeance LP RAM
Samsung 840 120GB SSD
Segate Barracuda 3TB 7200rpm HDD
Corsair AX 850W PSU
GTX 780 Reference (shiny :) 

Hopefully whatever you choose, you don't instantly regret.
