Location: Cochin, Kerala (South India), India - The parts are assembled at my home buying all the parts through online.

i have been using an AMD Athelon dual core powered HP G61 laptop bought from canada, it worked fine for 3 years of extreme usage ( no gaming), started showing overheating problem, which occurs even after repair. So for more usage and to future proof decided to get a built pc, which i find reasonable.

The graphics card you want is either Radeon 7x70,where a higher number at the X denotes a more powerful graphics (goes upto 9) or Nvidia side 6x0(ti) where a higher number at the X is a more powerful card and the Ti version is also more powerful than non Ti.
For the PSU,80 plus certification is a good sign but not a guarantee. Good brands are corsair, xfx,antec,seasonic,fsp,and perhaps ocz
Good coolers are like Cooler Master 212,Noctua,Phanteks,and Evercool Transformer.
I'm not too familiar with the currency so pick what you feel you can afford
I can tell you though that z77 is a better route,and the Intel board isn't feature rich.
I have also seen others on the forums say malls in India offer better deals than flipkart. I forget the names but it's something to consider.
