I think this might be a virus.

My computer has been running very very slow. I play League of Legends and Arma II, and get very low fps at times(40fps on LoL, dropping to 06). I use to not have any problems, and I've ran malware and similar scans. This was all to no avail, but I've done some snooping. I looked at my task manager and saw these three files, with no file location or system operating it. Take a look! Any answers would be helpful.

Computer Specs: i5-3570k @ 4.0 Ghz, ASUS 7870, Asrock Xtreme 4 Mobo, 16 gigs Kingston HyperX, 1tb Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm, Cooler Master H80, Cooler Master HAF X.

csrss.exe is a Microsoft Process (Client/Server Run-Time Subsystem)
atieclxx.exe is related to the ATI Control Panel (ATI External Clients)
winlogon.exe is a process belonging to the Windows login manager.
I checked the process running on my computer and found csrss.exe and winlogon.exe have nothing under User Name and neither have a description. I didn't find atieclxx.exe because I am using an NVidia graphics card and not an ATI card. None of the three should be considered a virus just because there is a blank under User Name and Description.
Not sure this will have any effect but try CCleaner ( http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download ) to clear out temporary files that may be clogging the system.
