According to our India's price you can go with gtx 660 or gtx 660ti. But check also gtx 670 and gtx 770. Because in India here us lot of differences between price on net and on the local stores.
2. You don't need 850w PSU. 600w PSU is enough. Save some cash for better .GPU.
3. Don't waste money on CPU cooler. Hyper 212 is enough for cooling. So save some more cash for GPU.
I hope It helps.
Thank you.

In case of PSU. Go with least 80+ bronze certified for best performance , stability, and reliability.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.

In some PSUs have 3-4 gpu power sockets these are costly. But most PSUs like cx 600w they have 1-2 GPU power sockets. U can go with it.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.

No no no! you all are getting totally wrong. I already purchased all this.
So I want to change my gpu.

And how about ATi Radeon or Saphire, I heard they are cheaper and offer fine performance.

Also, my current monitor's resolution is 1366x768 but I might buy new and bigger one soon.

EDIT:
After A little research. I decided to go for Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 With Boost 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card. Is it a good choice?

The Sapphire HD 7950 is a good card and I think it will server you well. Personally for a gaming rig I would have lowered the CPU down to a i5 357K and put the money saved into a better GPU. but likd I said that is what I would do.

ATI cards are also good. But if we have budget to buy @ 7750-7870. But if we have budget for 7970 then we have a new option to go with gtx 770. Which is more strong than 7970.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
