Hi everyone. Soon I will be buying a gtx 770 and I was wondering which of those two cards would perform better and have the better cooler.

The gigabyte one is factor-overclocked but is it going to make my graphics go dramatically hotter?
I will not be overclocking and I will be using two monitors.

Which one should I get?

A highly biased answer would be that if you search these boards or google for instance the Gigabyte GTX 660 Ti OC model, people (including myself) have had a horrible time with stability issues from DXGI_ERRORs where the driver crashes too stuttering in specific games.

A less biased answer would be that the MSI AfterBurner software is much better than Gigabytes OC GURU II and that the TF MSI card has gotten great reviews.

EDIT: You have to get Windows to start OC GURU II every time (fingers crossed in Windows 8) if the factory overclocking would cause problems on the Gigabyte card.

As far as I know, the Gigabyte is basically the fastest 770 out right now. In THIS review, It performs as fast as the MSI Lightning Edition, is cooler and quieter and costs $50 less.
I would go with the Gigabyte.
