It's hard to say as the game isn't out yet, but if you could get a more powerfull GPU that would always help (maybe a 7950, it isn't that much more expensive from a 660ti, and alot more performance.)

Not like that 660ti isn't gonna play that, it probably is, but to be absolutely certain you could do that.

It's hard to make a prediction but seeing as recent demanding games recommend a GTX 680 for Ultra, you may need more power.

But since you play in 900p using just x2 AA I'm pretty sure you'd be near 60

Many settings like SSAO and Depth of field add very little to visuals imo and greatly affect performance. Keep textures on highest, medium shadows, x2 AA.

Should look fantastic and run 60ish

I was thinking of getting an HD 7950 however I didn't think my power supply was good enough to handle it fluently and I can't go over 300 dollars. Do you think my powersupply will be sufficient?

Well i'm sorry i thought you where going to swap that out anyway. That psu will probably not even run a 660ti, it's pretty low end and i personally wouldn't trust it in my pc.
