Its a 550w XFX with a single 12v rail I know the 770gtx draws like 240w total and the haswell 77w, should I go with something with more juice just to be safe? I want a quality PSU but im not trying to break the bank either.

Thanks Guys

Should work, but I really suggest you go with a bigger PSU, maybe in future you want add more component or another GPU for SLI and that 550W would not be enough. I suggest you a 750W PSU or above for future proof.

Can you recommend one made by seasonic or corsair actually? I heard XFX's customer service is spotty lately and I don't want to deal with the hassle if by chance i get a DOA part.

I use this with my i5 4670k and gtx 770. It works really well And is on sale for $40 right now on newegg including rebate. It would defiantly handle overclocking but if you wanted to go sli in the future you might get something bigger.
