I just purchased a Zotac 650ti boost 2gb video card however it doesn't work properly.

you will see my card has a serious problem . However if I don't install the nvidia driver then I got no problem (no pixel problem)
I have tried:
1. make sure my bios is running the latest version
2. tested on both windows 7 sp1 64 bit and 8 64 bit. Also I have all the windows updates installed
3. tried all available drivers: 320.18 320.14 320.00 and 314.22
and it's still not working
my pc:
dell xps 8500 (0NW73C motherboard)
Intel i7 3770 CPU
8gb 1600mhz DDR3 RAM
Corsair 600w Power Supply
