and

Gigabyte GTX660OC 2G GA-N660OC-2GD-AE

clearly the bottom one comes with a copy of metro last light, but is this just added so people buy the shitter one for the same price? or are they pretty much the same

They are the same. The one with the game is just a bit newer batch.
