I bought this http://www.cclonline.com/product/5779/ATA133-PCI/IDE-SATA-SCSI-Cards/2-Port-IDE-PCI-Card/CNT0061/ a while back but have no drivers for it and I can't find any where to download them

Maybe if you tell us, what else you tried so far and why it ended up worse. The Radius solution is what providers, hotels and schools all around the world are using for millions of users and nothing ended up worse.
So far I looked on what i think is the manufacturer website and it says no drivers http://www.newlinkproducts.co.uk/prodinfo.asp?catID=6&prodID=185 and I looked on another site that said it should work with windows vista drivers. I've also tried looking for the drive attached to the card in Ubuntu to see if the PCI card is working but I can't find it.
