So, I need to buy my parts for a computer I am building later this summer, and my budget is around $1250 if possible. But I have been looking at NewEgg and here is what I have came up with so far:

CASE: COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 Black SECC/ ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

MONITOR: Acer S220HQLAbd Black 21.5" 5ms LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor

OPTICAL DRIVE: ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM

HARD DRIVE: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM

POWERSUPPLY: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750G GOLD 120-PG-0750-GR 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular ...

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

MOBO: ASRock Z77 Extreme6 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

(With Windows 7 Home Premium)

Now notice how there is not a graphics card included? Well this is why, I cannot decide because I would really only like to spend around the price range of the 660 ti, but I really want to play most games on Ultra, which is why I THINK in my mind I almost absolutely have to go with the 670. It is tearing me to pieces, I want to be able to play these games on Ultra: Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Arma 2, Arma 3, Minecraft, and maybe some other games. Please help because my budget needs to be around $1250, but I need to play all games or most on Ultra especially the games listed above.
(Basically what I am asking is if the 660 ti will be able to run those games I listed on fully maxed out Ultra settings on 1 1080p monitor, will this graphics card be able to run it? or will I have to buy a 670, which would be over my price range) Also, please tell me if these other parts that I have decided on are overkill or worse than it needs to be, if you can.

670, 660 ti is good but 670 ahs a wider bus and more ROP's. 660 ti can pretty much max out all games at 1080p, but 670 is a better option and is more future proof.
oh and another thing if you aren't gonna SLI, drop down to a 600 watt PSU from a well know brand like Seasonic, corsair, etc. a good option is corsair CX 600
