I want to build my first custom computer and was hoping someone could make sure these parts are compatible.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K

PSU: Rosewill Xtreme Series 750W

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Green WD15EZRX 1.5TB

GPU: MSI Gaming GTX 770

M/B: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM: Kingston Technology HyperX 16 GB Kit (4x4 GB Modules) 16 Quad Channel Kit 1600 (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM KHX1600C9D3K4/16GX

Case: NZXT Guardian Black SECC Steel Chassis ATX Mid Tower Case 921RB-BL

CPU Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)

OS: Windows 7 64bit

Thank you for your help I'm excited to get into this project and learn how to build.

Yes all parts are compatible, but you should find a 2*8gb RAM kit instead, due to being less problematic than quad channel kits ( performance remains the same if 2 kits have the same bus speed and latency ).

1. 2x8GB > 4x4GB due to Dual Channel support.
2. Get a different PSU like a Corsair TX750 V2.

@Madn3ss795: Define "less problematic".

Only 2/3 out of 4 bars being recognized, dumb screen, BSOD,... on both AMD and Intel platform. Those are the problems I have met with 4-bar kits. Yet they rarely happens when using 2-bar kits. Another problem of 4-bar kits on lga1155 boards would be zero way to upgrade total RAM capacity when needed without removing current bars.

Four DIMMs work great in quad channel. It also is a bit harder to overclock with all four DIMMs. Other than that, I don't notice any more issues using four DIMMs than two.

Do you think the CPU could handle dual GPU's?

If you OC the 3570k then yes.

I think what you meant is you want an OC to avoid possible bottlenecks. GTX 770 SLI can run at stock i5-3570K, but with some bottlenecking. I don't know the exact percentage, but it's about 15% off from techpowerup's review on my test with my friend's and my GTX 770.
